Our Favourite Photo Locations at St Tewdrics House

One of the reasons we love photographing weddings here is the incredible variety of backdrops available without ever leaving the venue.

Some of our favourite locations include:

• The sweeping driveway leading up to the house.

• The elegant Victorian exterior.

• The beautifully landscaped gardens.

• The mature trees and peaceful pathways.

• The open lawns, perfect for relaxed family photographs.

• Golden hour across the grounds, when the evening light creates soft, romantic portraits.

Wedding Photography That Feels Natural

One thing we hear all the time is:

"We're really awkward in front of the camera."

The good news?

Almost every couple tells us exactly the same thing.

Our style is relaxed, natural and unobtrusive. We won't spend hours posing you or asking you to perform for the camera. Instead, we quietly blend into the background, capturing your wedding exactly as it unfolds.

The hugs.

The laughter.

The emotional speeches.

The confetti.

The dance floor celebrations.

And all those little moments in between that you'll treasure for years to come.

When it's time for your couple portraits, we'll gently guide you with simple prompts so nothing ever feels forced or uncomfortable.

Our aim is simple—to create photographs that feel like you.

Why We Photograph Every Wedding Together

One of the things that makes Jenny & Hannah Wedding Photography a little different is that every wedding is photographed by both of us.

We're sisters-in-law who have been photographing weddings together for over ten years, and working as a team means your story is captured from two perspectives.

While one of us is with you during the morning preparations, the other can be capturing your partner's excitement. During the ceremony we're able to photograph both of your reactions, while throughout the day we're always watching for the genuine moments happening around you.

It's those extra memories that help tell the complete story of your wedding.

If you're looking for two experienced photographers who work seamlessly together, we'd love to hear from you and answer any questions you have about your wedding day.

Making the Most of Your Wedding Photography

One of the questions we're asked most often is how much time couples should allow for photographs.

The answer is usually much less than you think.

Around 15–20 minutes after your ceremony is often all we need for your first set of portraits. Then, if the weather is kind, we'll usually suggest heading back outside for another 10 minutes around golden hour when the evening light is at its most beautiful.

The rest of the day is spent celebrating with your guests while we quietly capture everything as it happens.

One of the reasons we love St Tewdrics House is that every beautiful location is close by, making the whole experience feel relaxed and effortless.

What If It Rains?

Let's face it—the British weather likes to keep us guessing!

Thankfully, St Tewdrics House is just as beautiful indoors as it is outside.

Its elegant interiors and large windows create gorgeous natural light, allowing us to create timeless photographs whatever the forecast.

Some of our favourite wedding galleries have been captured on rainy days, proving that a little rain never stops an incredible celebration.
